  • World premiere of "Ballade No. 3" in Leipzig

    15.06.2025 - 2 pm
    Grieg-Begegnungsstätte Leipzig

    My Ballade in D op. 2 No. 3 will be premiered at the closing concert of the Grieg Festival.

    The concert will be entitled: Portraits of nature - songs for the piano, and will also feature works by Edvard Grieg, Frédéric Chopin, and Juliusz Zarębski.

    At the piano Aleksandra Świgut

    Aleksandra Świgut teaches at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. She is a prize winner of numerous competitions, including the 17th International Edvard Grieg Competition in Bergen, as well as the first International Chopin Competition on historical instruments in Warsaw (2018) and many others. She performs regularly in Poland, Europe, and internationally.
